Reverse Seared Rib Eye

Just a light dinner tonight. Reverse seared rib eye, blue cheese & brie sauce with cauliflower couscous followed by apple and almond tart with Golden North honey ice cream. Steak was smoked low and slow until just under medium rare, rested and then seared over hot coals to finish.

Build Your Own Burger night tonight. Cheese burgers cooked over charcoal with bacon, onion rings, sweet potato and potato chips. One was enough.
