Brisket
We picked up a nice Angus Reserve brisket on the weekend and decided that freezing it for later was a silly idea.
So, Sunday dinner was smoked brisket.
Things started early ... 6am!
Just a light rub of salt & pepper
4 hours in, starting to look good
Nice bark
Even better smoke ring
A snappy brisket burger. Brisket, Two Phat Dacks BBQ sauce, pickles and lettuce.
